I found the pool area particularly inviting. It was very clean. the staff maintained the breakfast area well stocked with various options. i especially appreciated the available parking, it was ample and convenient.

The air conditioning unit was quite loud. It disrupted the otherwise quiet room.

the location proved convenient for my travels. i could easily access key largo from there. the abundance of nearby restaurants and stores was also a plus.. this made dining and shopping very convenient. the hotel had trees and plantswith a pleasant environment.

the breakfast area seemed undersized for the volume of guests. i noticed staff suggested that guests take their breakfast to their rooms or to the pool area. walking around the hotel room led to dirty feet. i assume this was due to the floors not being as clean as expected. there was also considerable traffic noise in my room as it faced the car park.

The rooms include two sinks. One is located inside the bathroom. The breakfast dining area is attractive and very accommodating. I found free parking available, a definite plus. The staff replaced the entire AC unit promptly.

My sheets felt damp. I believe this is likely attributable to Florida's humidity. No safe was present in my room.

The pool area is spacious and relaxing. IT includes warm breezes and swaying palms. The courtyard feels secluded, being set back behind the business sector. Restaurants are within walking distance.

The front desk sent maintenance immediately. The maintenance person replaced the air conditioning unit. The breakfast is quite nice. THE staff clearly aims to assist guests. I found them responsive.

the staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. i was provided water and a bag of chips when i registered as a best western member. the breakfast had oatmeal, pancakes, and juice from a machine, convenient. the king room non-smoking was also clean and well maintained.

the hotel had concrete poured outside my window very early. this was disruptive to my stay. i wasn't offered an acceptable resolution.

During my recent visit, i appreciated the hotel's proximity to both Everglades National Park and other area attractions. The pool provided a place to unwind after a day of exploration. I was also pleased with the ample parking available.

I noticed that the breakfast area becomes quite crowded during peak hours. This situation occasionally made finding a table challenging, causing some inconvenience.
